Last week the Unsigned Stars team named the first 4 + a WILD CARD finalists through to the finals of London's biggest under 21's Talent Showcase Competition with a jaw dropping performance from PANE & YARDZ and our special guest judge JAJA SOZE.

Unsigned Stars is now in its second stage of the completion, The Heats. We have brought forward the contestants that out shined their competitors. In order for them to prove they really are an UNSIGNED STAR. There will be up to 30 contestants in each heat; it’s going to get very intense due to the knock out rounds and back to back battling all for the chance to be crowned London’s best Unsigned Star in the final showcase. We have celebrity artists, special guest judges and hosts, London’s best DJ’s, Rappers, Singers and Dancers. BRACE YOURSELF THE HEATS ARE HERE!!!

In case your wondering what the hell I'm on about I've challenged myself to be super fit and on form this summer. I've entered myself in the iRace Community Athletics Event taking place on 30th July.

My plan is to compete in the 100m and 200m events like the good ole' days ( it was only last year but it feels like a lifetime ago)

I'm on a strict Daily and Track PLAN which requires me to attend all track sessions and attend the gym daily! This might kill me but hey at least I'm documenting it....

My recommendations for a plan like this is a GOOOOOOD selection of music

It's OFFICIAL AJ KING IS THE OFFICIAL KISS FM COMPETITION WINNER AND KISSCHOSENONE !!!

I'm so proud and happy for my long time BANG FM friend, mentor and inspiration AJ KING, well known on the airwaves as BLAZE OH MY DAYZ!!!

He along with thousands of hopefuls, including myself, entered the KISS FM competiton and presenter search. It was an amazing experience for me to meet the top DAWGS a few weeks back but I can't begin to imagine how it must have been for Blaze.

He's put in so much work over the years as a TV and radio presenter/ DJ and now his time has come.

When I heard he was through to the final 10... it was clear he was in for a good chance! But then final 5!!! HE HAD IT IN THE BAG!!!!

This morning when I recieved the pings from the BANG FM team I was over-joyed and called him straight away!!! ( I got no answer as expected loooool) I went straight to my twitter timeline looked for his profile and wooop there it is the confirmation i was looking for

In Blaze's true fashion his tweet read "OH MY DAYZ!!!!!!! No lie, I opened the door in my boxers and the @TOTALKISS posse were there. I have no words for this feeling!!!!!!!!!!!"

I called him again and finally got through and he filled me in on all of the juicey details!!!

I know this might sound lame but I seriously CRIED WITH JOY!!! He has been my mentor and a good friend and just proves that HARD WORK PAYS OFF!!!
