I hope you made it down to this week's installment of I luv live because it was definitely one NOT TO BE MISSED!

We had an amazing eclectic group of talent! On the night! Alot of which suprised me.

Our Headliners ENCORE definitely hold down that name. They may look like ANOTHER *rolls eyes* boyband lol but these guys are VERY talented and I hope they stay true to their soulful, rnb and hip hop routes! COS GOD KNOWS we don't need another JLS lol

Someone that really caught my eye was Ash Catch'em! I See this guy alot! He's not just an industry groupie like me seen at all the cool hang outs ( I'M BEGGIN IT I KNOW lol) he is a very interesting rapper ( HAVE YOU SEEN HIS TATTOO's he's like a work of art loool) bringing that old skool vibe to the I luv live stage! Especially loved his own band.
Kadija Kamara... AMAZING stage presence... she got a bit carried away at times, as you could tell she's definitely a Festival girl with the amount of crowd cheering she requested lol but they loved it and I loved her VIBE! CHECK HER OUT!

Other acts included grime head " ITTTT''''SSSS MAAAAARRRRGGGGGEEEERRRRRR" - I love saying that! Who repped it for the grime scene, the Left Step Band who were another crowd pleaser and of course our Open mic winner Kookie who opened the show with a bang.

BUT THE MOMENT OF THE NIGHT has to go to G.R.E.E.D.S and his special guest feature artist KAT BOYCE!

It was hilarious! You can catch his performance in the vid below!

I think he's right! as a Young successful poet it is definitely the YEAR OF THE POET!

I recently had the pleasure of being invited as a selected member of the Utalks session at Universal Music UK.

Along with my brother from another mother Linkuptv's Rashid we had the opportunity to mingle with a few like minded individuals, future media leaders and bloggers in an informal session with Dj & A&R and promotions manager at Universal Sextex.

As you can tell by the footage I WAS ALL UP IN THERE lol with my questions at the ready to pick the brains of my peers and the Universal HQ team.

It was great to discuss the importance of the internet and social networks within the music and media world and made me realise that my role as a blogger and online presenter, and particularly the work I do with Linkuptv is definitely a step in the right direction.

Meeting Semtex was definitely one of the highlights of the Day. As a fellow radio presenter it was nice to see how influential and effective his role as a DJ on BBC 1XTRA can be. I mean it's part of the reason he landed a job at Universal ( other than his amazing talent for spotting talent of course lol). And I honestly could see myself in a role like this.

From 'ones to watch' to '#RateMePlz' and all of my cheeky music and media reviews I feel like I might be heading down the A & R route. I've got opinions to last for days!

'Call for Me' sung beautifully and acoustically by @cleosol CHECK IT OUT HERE!

Cleo Sol is a rising star and everyone is noticing! I have recently seen her at Industry Takeover as one of the ones to watch, I luv live, Laughing boy, Bigga Fish, BANG FM's Music inspires change, Flavour Live and I am sure there is a catalogue of other shows and stages that she has been dominating with her wonderful voice.

There's nothing like an artist who knows how to put on a good show and featured below is one of my favourite songs from the star that is always top of the list at a live show!

In this song Cleo tells a relatable story detailing her struggles of releasing feelings from an ex-lover set on a catchy keys-led R&B beat. Her easily recognisable vocals coupled with an infectious hook make this an instantly likeable track.

“Call For Me” promises to help her ever growing popularity and be the one everyone's watching this year.

I can't wait to see what else Cleo Sol has in store for us.
