On Tuesday I had a really great night out... as you can see from the image above! lol I was invited to the Video launch Party for Duane Lamonte.

You may remember him from a few years back, as he featured on X Factor, unfortunately he didn't make it all the way but that;s definitely not stopping him!

Now he's back with a brand new track which is definitely going to make heads turn. It's all in the name ' LION (LET IT ROAR)!!!

Leading up to the exciting video release at midnight, we saw performances from A.L, Lioness, Ebru, Goerge the poet, Femfel ,Kat Boyce as the Host with the most, BEST CHOICE EVER and many others who definitely caught my attention and of course Duane who stole the show.

So without further delay here is.... LION!!!

I hope you made it down to this week's installment of I luv live because it was definitely one NOT TO BE MISSED!

We had an amazing eclectic group of talent! On the night! Alot of which suprised me.

Our Headliners ENCORE definitely hold down that name. They may look like ANOTHER *rolls eyes* boyband lol but these guys are VERY talented and I hope they stay true to their soulful, rnb and hip hop routes! COS GOD KNOWS we don't need another JLS lol

Someone that really caught my eye was Ash Catch'em! I See this guy alot! He's not just an industry groupie like me seen at all the cool hang outs ( I'M BEGGIN IT I KNOW lol) he is a very interesting rapper ( HAVE YOU SEEN HIS TATTOO's he's like a work of art loool) bringing that old skool vibe to the I luv live stage! Especially loved his own band.
Kadija Kamara... AMAZING stage presence... she got a bit carried away at times, as you could tell she's definitely a Festival girl with the amount of crowd cheering she requested lol but they loved it and I loved her VIBE! CHECK HER OUT!

Other acts included grime head " ITTTT''''SSSS MAAAAARRRRGGGGGEEEERRRRRR" - I love saying that! Who repped it for the grime scene, the Left Step Band who were another crowd pleaser and of course our Open mic winner Kookie who opened the show with a bang.

BUT THE MOMENT OF THE NIGHT has to go to G.R.E.E.D.S and his special guest feature artist KAT BOYCE!

It was hilarious! You can catch his performance in the vid below!

I think he's right! as a Young successful poet it is definitely the YEAR OF THE POET!

REMEL LONDON @ SLIM IN WONDERLAND 5 out of 5 rating!!!

Last night I attended the One man comedy show Slim in Wonderland, and it was definitely a WONDERFUL experience ( excuse the cheesy comment lol).

When I arrived at the show I was optimistic as I was not sure whether I would be witnessing a comedic re-make of the classic Alice in Wonderland tale or not, but it was in a fact a variety show of different comedy sets from the likes of Miss Jocelyn, Kevin J and of course Slim.

The host for the night was the hilarious KAT B who definitely kept the show moving at the right pace and set the vibe for the night.

The show was opened by DEM II a brand new rap duo who was a bit hard to take in at first, as they seemed to have a little too much hype for quite an older crowd who came out to enjoy a relaxed Sunday night out for laughter.

But once the actual comedy started the laughs and fun was in full swing.

The second act of the Night was Miss Jocelyn who entertained us with a familiar (as shown on tv) Bus Driver sketch with her hilarious rendition of the hymn 'In the Name of JEEESSSSSUUUSSSS' lol.

On next was Kevin J, who as always was one of the few white guys in the WHOLE of Hackney Empire lol he spoke of his upbringing Nigeria.... not the one in Africa... the one in Peckham lol and also of his recent bookings and travels to Lagos, Nigeria.

I just want to let you all know that Kevin J has an amazing Nigerian accent!!!

The big man himself SLIM was the last act of the night and gave probably one of the best Entrances for a comedian at the Hackney Empire that I have ever seen. With his pimp stick in hand and two lovely booty shakers either side of him he was cheered to the stage.

He told stories of his life as a bus driver, and his recent operation on his.... *cough cough* private parts!!! OH GOOOSSSHHH!!! yes he broke his willy wonka!

The celebrity filled audience with guests such as Eddie Kadi, Jimmy Akingbola, Arnold ' Snakey Man' Oceng, Star of kidulthood, adulthood and soon to be released Anuvahood Adam Deacon and others of course myself all laughed the night away!!

I'm pretty sure my six pack is about to make a come-back as we definitely laughed all night long!

I give this event event a 5out of 5 rating!!! And I can't wait to see the next Slim show which I hear will be a 2 hour non-stop stand up SHOW!!!

REMEL LONDON talks with @Katboyce at @Bigmanzest's single launch party in support of #ACLT CHECK IT OUT!!!

On 31st of January 2011, I had the honour of attending Big Man Zest's single launch party of 'Who I am' at Avalon in Shoreditch, in aid of the ACLT charity, in a bid to reach £80k by the end of March this year.

I was touched and soooo proud to speak with the co-founders Beverley De Gale and Orin Lewis about the need and immediately told them that I wanted to 'Gimme 10'!

This is such a great cause and I urge all of you to get involved! Give £10 and tell 10 friends to do the same! It's that simple!

The event was a great turn out with performances from Natalie May, Addictive, Terri Walker, ( as shown in the picture, LOVE HER WITH A PASSION lol!!! ) Pepstar, fr3e and of course THE BIG MAN himself ZEST!!! with an amazing Acoustic version of 'WHO I AM', I cannot wait to show you all!!! :D

On the night we was entertained by the Host with the Most KAT BOYCE who I also spoke with about the need for support for the ACLT.
