THE PERFECT GYM PLAN... protein shakes and some @lil_silva PATIENCE lol FOLLOW REMEL LONDON's RETURN TO THE ATHLETICS TRACK

In case your wondering what the hell I'm on about I've challenged myself to be super fit and on form this summer. I've entered myself in the iRace Community Athletics Event taking place on 30th July.

My plan is to compete in the 100m and 200m events like the good ole' days ( it was only last year but it feels like a lifetime ago)

I'm on a strict Daily and Track PLAN which requires me to attend all track sessions and attend the gym daily! This might kill me but hey at least I'm documenting it....

My recommendations for a plan like this is a GOOOOOOD selection of music

A healthy diet with a lil help ( vitamins not drugs guys lol )

Which will hopefully lead to THIS...
Back on form :D

It's going to be tough and I've got through 4 days already... only 35 more to go -_- lol
